Yeah, the cool thing with the Juggs is that you go from 10+ reps in wave 1 to about three reps in wave four. So it kinda trains you across the spectrum. Not necessarily as useful as a 5/3/1 if your big goal is to be a 1RM guy doing PL meets, but for me it's pretty sexcellent.I met an angel with a sawed-off shotgun,
