Today was a good day pretty much. Stayed up until 4AM and drank my water with my almonds. Didn't want to be stuffed at night so I switched the almonds for pre sunrise.
Day was normal, just did studying and watching tv.
At night, made my beef bacon in the toaster and cooked the 9 eggs with cheddar cheese scrambled. Put the beef bacon on the eggs as well as the melted fat (mmm luls).
Ate that, drank some water and waited around an hour to hit my chest and triceps. Felt good man. Mixed the lemon and rasberry AI Nutrition RecoveryPro together since my xtend hasn't arrived yet. Tasted really good and drank it while I was working out.
Got home and mixed up the fiber, creatine, and protein powder. Lemme let you know that it was so bad with the fiber. Didn't really know that fiber expanded in water... so it was really lumpy and tasted groce. So I just dumped it out and made a new shake without fiber. I will just leave the fiber for the morning with my water and will drink it fast...
All was good. I also incorporated a date because that is what traditionally is eaten when the fask is broken. It still fits in my macros (around 35g carbs or so total carb intake for the day).... but I might drop it if I dont hit keto.
Also, I'm going to drop the fiber powder (brb wasted 20 dollars) and just buy an avocado a day so I get my fiber intake. Plus it has nice amounts of fats.
Today I went to the doctor for my lower back pain I've had for two months and she said that I probably disturbed a disk... so she told me no more back lifting for a while. Also told me to take Ibuprofen as well as to get an xray.
Tonight was pretty good. I trained fasted so the BCAA's did it's thing. I did chest and triceps.
Last night I had a small cheat meal which consisted of a can of Reddi Whip. Tasted sooooo good. Kicked me out of ketosis but I am back in it (I think).
Felt like a good workout. But my backpain really takes a toll on my squats so I at most go parallel, if that. Plus my squat went down a bit. Good cut it seems >_>
Im going to be taking a slight pause of the diet until 9/1. This is because I will be going on vacation... AGAIN... to Lebanon. Too much ethnic food to deny and I think it would be rude to reject the offerings. Plus its Summer time and I just want to relax. In about two weeks I've lost seven pounds.
