My chest is very awkwardly shaped and it's pretty damn annoying when people comment on it. I'm guessing it's a barrel chest but what I'm wondering is there a way to get rid of it? Sorry I'm a noob at working out, I'm mainly a cardio person.

if by barrel chest, you mean big breasted, then yes, you are barrel chested

My bad guys, didn't realize how bad that picture was, I was in a rush, I'll take another one later. The picture is a side view from my chest to stomach, as some people say it looks like I'm sucking in my stomach hella when I really am not, its just got this weird dip in it.
