Yea acquiring more land in the middle of fuk all nowhere would probably be easy, but it's a lot more investment. If this were to go through and you just had 750 people drop 1k each, you're still looking at having 3-4 people live together until more money is invested.

The point I was trying to make is that this property in south dakota is going to require a lot of industrialization, so you might as well just start from scratch on a cheaper plot of land.

My math was allocating 6 acreage of land from the original property for industrialization (stores, gym, club, streets). So I divided 35 acres into quarter acre lots, leaving 140 lots. ~5.7k for a quarter acre is cheap yes, but you can still find cheaper elsewhere is all I'm saiyan.

So anyways, ive been able to scope out a few places. A Misc town is definitely doable in corktown for less than $100K. That would net us about 5 blocks of buildings/area.

Then its a matter of annexation, setting up government (based on reps of course) and moving in.

This, fucking this, would be plenty of space for people who would actually be down. Close to civilization/highways for stores etc./Employement opportunities.

Plus annexation would be possible considering Detroit would be glad to get rid of some ****hole land and we could make Fort Misc. build a big wall around our city and keep out the decay of western society. Toll both in order to enter city etc. to keep them out.

I would buy some space considering the company I work for is throwing in 20k towards the purchase of property in that area and several others within the city.
