They weren't deficits or speed pulls. The guy was a retard.
Thats exactly what I was thinking, which pissed me off even more. Then to top it off I see a bar with 25's on it and excruciatingly bad deadlift form.

Speaking of *ssholes in the gym, yesterday right as I was finishing up a set of banded dead squats two guys walked up and asked if I was done using the power rack. I was about to set up for some floor presses, but since I had already been in the rack for nearly an hour I felt bad and told them they could have it. I figured I'd do my pullups and leg raises while I waited. I looked over after my first set of pullups and saw that they were standing in the rack doing overhead tricep extensions with just the bar. Never again. From now on, anybody who wants to use the rack while I'm in the middle of my workout can go f*ck themselves.

Or just ask them what they are going to be doing then decide whether they can work in, wait or go elsewhere. Never understood why people find that so difficult. You ask them a simple question and they stare at you like you've just whispered their address in their ear grinningly.

My home gym doesn't have space to deadlift anywhere else, so that's that's the only place we (by that I mean I and the two other people who deadlift) can do it at. I took a bar from one of the benches before to deadlift and I just got in everyone's way.

hit a pr on squats tnight. got 315 for 9, was good for 12 but couldnt breathe at all, i thought i was gonna puke/pass out, time to get my fatass into shape. Pretty happy seeing how im eating 2000 cals a day.

I'm considering making an order from liftinglarge.com. I need some advice.

And if not, is there a different way to help my arch? I've tried thoracic mobility stuff on my roller but I haven't gotten much out of that. And I don't know exactly how this is supposed to be used so it might be the same thing.
2) Main question: Does anyone think the Titan Superior NXG+ legless briefs would be worthwhile? (or Superior suit or legless Centurion briefs)
2a) I only want something to give my hips some support (a few extra pounds isn't a problem but I don't want suit-like carryover) and comfort while I squat and deadlift on my bad days, which I've been having a lot of lately. Right now I'm training as raw as possible but I'm competing geared in a few months. Full on Centurion boxer briefs (with legs) would give me more support than I want. I can just use my suit for when I want real support.
2b) Or would it be a better idea to just spend 60 on a full Superior suit instead of 32 on legless Superior briefs? The main thing is, just to reiterate, I don't want a ton of support, just enough so my groin and hip flexors don't hate me during and after every squat and deadlift.
2c) What I was also thinking was, if the Superior briefs don't last long (because it's made of NXG+) and don't do practically anything except hurt your legs (like Inzer's Power Pants) then maybe I could go with the legless Centurion briefs which are made of NXG Super+. The benefit of using Centurion legless briefs is they would keep me in the same (or at least similar) groove that I'll use when I'm fully geared and they'll probably last longer. The only problem with that is those are 60 instead of 32. I could order everything from Ken if I decide on Centurion legless briefs.
I'm also getting suit slippers (for squat suit, not shirt). Not much to say about these.

And yeah, that's the thing with high-rep squats. I have a video of me hitting 15 with 315, and I definitely coulda gone for 20 but I was seeing stars and was ready to pass out by the end. can anyone in here dunk? Right now i can get rim, and im hoping when i get down to 190 or lower i will be able to dunk. If only i didnt have girlish hands id be able to palm a basketball. Also i have insomnia and a major headache, someone entertain me.
