I mean, all it really is a protein without that many fillers?
Any recommendations for a good tasting one?

get the chicken breast tenderloins, trim the fat, cook it in a non stick skillet with a lid at low temp for a while with no oil or grease. Season with what you want, seasoning really dont have cals.

Everyone seems this tastes amazing. When i got it i was expecting something huge in flavor. I was dissapointed. To me the flavor was ok, not worthy of reporting back. Both Myofusion and Combat chocolate peanut butter flavors were better. In my opinion of course. I also thought vasolate chocolate peanut butter flavor was better.

hmm i might try that one for myself actually.
the thing is vasolate is pretty calorie heavy compared to vpx or isoflex.
Anyways thanks for the help guys. my friend picked vpx graham cracker becausei already tried it and was able to vouch for the flavor. the thread wasn't pointless though because i'll be picking up the isobolic cinnamon oatmeal.
on a side note, is the protein ratio (isolate, casien, egg) given out for the isobolic?MS, Computer Science

I'm not sure what the exact ratios are, but I'll see if I can find out and get back to you about it.
I can tell you (based on the ingredients list on the label) that the majority is Whey Isolate, followed by Casein, followed by Egg Isolate, followed by Whey Concentrate.
Be sure to use the coupon code "liftlife" for 10% off your entire order when you buy your IsoBolic.

Isobolic would be a great choice. It says to take 2 scoops but 1 scoop would work fine and that would still be 22.5 grams of protein with only 110 calories which is exactly what your friend is looking for.

As mentioned above Trutein is can't miss Besides being very low in calories ( 115-120 calories depending on flavor, 24g Protein Per scoop, 25g for the Vanilla, 1.5g fat and 5g carbs ) you get a fantastic tasteing protein powder and thats useing water so If you use milk for your shakes then it will only taste even better. Plus you can use it post-workout and before bed with milk for some extra casein so one tub can really replace multiple tubs. You can also purchase samples of all 5 and soon to be 6 flavors for a couple dollars and judge for yourself unlike other products where you have to spend $40-50 dollars for a tub with a chance of hateing it http://www.truscience.com/samples.html
