    JUGGERNAUT 1000 Rep Challenge!

    Attention JUGGERNAUTS:

We have come up with this challenge that is being dedicated to the first finishers of their 12 week Challenge.

    bigd54
    drudixon

These four JUGGERNAUTS are well known members of JUGGERNAUT nation. In their honor we have come up with a workout worthy of the JUGGERNAUT name. We would like every contestant to give this their best shot to show their appreciation to these first four challengers that set the bar for the rest of us. If you started around the same time as these guys let me know and I will add your name, but this is what my research shows.

    100 Squats (legs)
    100 Chin-ups(biceps)
    100 Russian Twists(abs)
    100 push-ups(chest)
    100 Standing Shoulder Press-75#(shoulders)
    100 Leg Raises(abs)
    100 Dips or Diamond Push-ups(Tris)
    100 Bent-over Rows 115#(back)
    100 High Pulls 45# Plate
    100 Calf Raises
    1 Mile Run

Female can adjust the weight to 45# Shoulders (bar only) Bent rows 55# and High Pulls 25# plate.

Post your times in here and any pictures or videos of your workout. This won't be easy - in fact - it is going to be brutal. Please post what supplements you took before and during this workout to help you get through this.

Keep in mind you don't have to do all 100 at once. Do 10 of each - rest as long as you want and repeat. Run a 1/4 after 3 sets. Goal is to finish as fast as you can be it 1/2 hour or 2 hours - just finish it. I bet you can do it bro - in fact - I know you can!!

OMG Bill! This screams punishment! Question, when do we need to do this by? I'm going to be carb free for 2 weeks and would love to do it Sunday after my Saturday final pics so I've had 3 days of recarbing.

Thanks for the challenge dedication, and I have to say, I'm very pleased to see ZERO burpees in there, lol

Damn wish I was in the contest would have been fun, especially the part where I'd end up throwing up on video.

This is open to anyone who would like to pay tribute to the JUGGERNAUT contestants as well. If it fits your schedule - let's get it in this week. However, let's keep this thread going and I would like to throw out this challenge....

All contestants give this a go before this competition is over. If you don't want to throw this in because it might break up your normal routine - then fit it in whenever you can. Post videos, pictures, times, you passed out on the floor. Let's keep this thing rolling!!

I'm doing it this week for Boog, Dru, BigD and LovelyItal. It's been a pleasure sharing this journey with them and I hate to see this end. Hopefully they all become active members in the JUGGERNAUT body space group.

Bill and I created this challenge for all members. There is absolutely no reason that anybody would not be able to do this. This is one day out of your normal routines that you guys are doing this. Its called JUGGERNAUT PAINSTORM for a reason. Pay your tributes to the first finishers and please post pics and vids. LETS GET THIS DONE....

Fury and I came up with it. The original was tough - Fury added some stuff to make it tougher - then we added a couple more to make it JUGGERNAUT status!

Bodyweight Squats, your legs will be screaming. High pulls are you grip the plate and pull the plate straight up to your chin with your elbows going past your ears....

Thanks brother I looked up high pulls on youtube and saw varying techniques some were doing them like an upright rows and others sort of like a bent over row but I'll do it your way. You wouldn't happen to have a video link so I could make sure of the form?

Holy Begeezus! I can barely do 10 chin ups! lol. Can we do one exercise a day? Haha. I'd die doing all this at once :P

Looks awesome! I'll do it as my opener next week! Can't wait to see the other's times so I can know a starting point. Pushups I feel like I'll be cheating on. I use to do over 250 per set and can do over 100 right now with one rest pause in there. Probably knock out the harder ones first then do my pushups last! Probably start with the mile run for warmup!
This is my new progression/workout/pic/video blog!

Give it a try you might suprise yourself. You don't have to do all 100 at once. Do 5 chin ups at a time and move to the next exercise and take a rest and start over. If you really feel you can't finish post what you did for each day and how much time you took - but I bet you can do it!!

For everyone doing the high pulls. If you cannot for whatever reason hold a plate. Use the 45lb O-bar. Sometimes its easier on the wrists, still same results though. WTG Bill. Im doing mine today brother
