Find a recipe on google and alter it to fit your macros. You can sub FF cream cheese or Quark for regular cream cheese, margarine or xanthan gum for butter for the crust, cereal for graham crackers, splenda for sugar, eggs for egg whites, greek yogurt for sour cream, etc, etc.

Theres something called elephant ear cheesecake where you take a can of crecent rolls and mold them together in to one big thing of flat dough. melt two sticks of butter and pour over it. than add all the stuff that you would for plain cheesecake. then put another can of rolls together and place that on top. pour more butter on it and then put brown sugar and cinnamon on top. So good but so bad.
