A set of gym rings attached to a tree will cover both of those options (and TONS more) very effectively and cheaply.

Unfortunately I dont have any bigger trees in my yard. They are all pretty young with no strength to the limbs. I was thinking of buying some 4x4 or 6x6 posts and burying them in the ground. Shouldnt cost too much. The rings is a good idea, I have a set of blast straps which I could use for dips.
