    Fatigued Biceps when working Chest?????

    It happened again today.........too often when working my chest my biceps become fatigued before my chest. Why would my biceps be getting worked anyways??? What am I doing wrong?

    Would it be right to assume you're doing some kind of flying motion using cables or dumbbells? All I can figure is maybe combine with presses so that bi+tri are combining to work chest. Not to mention iso machines like pec deck which you'd assume wouldn't work biceps.

    weird huh

    I started with Incline DB press (lowest incline setting) then bb decline bench, then flat bench then hammer machine chest press. And i mean biceps not triceps.......is it my grip? my form? extremely week chest or biceps?

    sounds like you have some bicep weakness. the biceps help to stabilize the lift(same with lats, rear delts, and traps) while the chest, triceps, and front delts are doing the work.
    You would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

    thats a hell of a problem .... try finding a machine that hits your chest hard without affecting your bis. do it first in your workout for a few sets, then move on to other exercises, that way your pecs fatigue before your bis. hope this helps
