    Bodybuilding On Shift Work

Seeking some experiences, I’ve been on BB for as long as I can remember.

I currently work 3 on 2 off 3 off 2 on shifts at the Naval Brig. On deployments I worked out 7 days a week for months at a time and felt great. Now being on 12 hour shift, a single dog dad I just don’t feel I’m getting my necessary gains anymore.

I’m 5’8, 200lbs. I usually do sets around 4 of 10 reps with mod-heavy weight. Example 5 sets 10 with 245 on incline, 4 sets of 10 245 on flat, 3-10 of incline fly, 4 of 15 on calves and dips. Pretty much all my routines involve that rep/set style with variation.

My question is, to avoid a plateau what do you guys recommend? I often throw some Seth feroce and BM random exercises in.

Edit: Workouts are on off days
