Did my first body building show this past month.
Started as a Men's Physique guy and did a Classic Physique show and then this Body Building show for fun.
Was a ton of fun - 6' and came in around 175lbs - natural athlete.

#YourPersonalBest you certainly added #smartmuscle and the maturity of it shows in your clean lines. Great work!

Definitely see the improved conditioning!
Vid of me doing some posing practice last month, September 20th. I know i still got work to do. Besides getting leaner, i gotta be mindful of keeping my balance on the back shots, keeping my toes pointed out to show quad sweep on the back poses, and also gotta remember not to lean too far back on the front double biceps. Still learning more, working on improving each pose, working with some friends to improve certain poses and adding more poses to my toolbox.

Thanks for the positive feedback, everyone. Here's another comparison showing off my side chest pose. A lot can change in 5 years, but some things stay the same. On the left, I weighed 196 lbs at the 2010 NPC Team Universe (July 10th, 2010). On the right, I weighed 188 lbs at the 2015 NPC Jay Cutler Baltimore Classic Championships (November 8th, 2015). If anything, I'm consistent.

Still working on my posing. i see flaws and mistakes here that I gotta work on, but still getting leaner and still working dat artistry.
Short term goal is to now start losing 2 lbs a week with the addition of cardio (have been doing supersets, but gonna throw back in the normal cardio as well now)

yeah thanks man, you hit the nail of the head haha. i guess its a little late to bring them up a lot for this year, although today i start my new split in which hammies are on a separate day to quads, so i really can demolish them. hopefully this change in split will stimulate a little bit of growth, even though im pretty depleted atm.
