I need to lose the tiniest bit of fat around lower abs
Probably in ounces but it's stubborn
Any thermogenics suggestions

I believe it's perfected I got from about 14% down to right now about 7/8%
I do gym 4/5 days week mostly hard hard circuit training minimal rest
Diet is 7 meals very healthy.
Oatmeal / low sod chicken / steak/ protien shakes make up about 3 of the meals
Absolute no soda no junk other then 1 day week cheat meal
No white breads ever
I messed up on me cutting program and made the error of thinking abs where developed since they where like rocks but I learned that's not true. So now I'm doing abs like a lunatic
But the little. Layer of fat removed would help lower ab I believe
