I used to get panic attacks and have general anxiety/feelings of depersonalization (for about a year) that were triggered by a bad trip (srs)

I got a script for ***** that helped when it got bad, but wasn't a permanent solution. I came across "The Linden Method" and 3 weeks after starting it, I've been anxiety free for 2 years.

Its ALL mental and you are in complete control of your own anxiety.

No, that just triggered the first panic attack ever. I thought I was dying. I actually had a good period of 4 months where I got over my anxiety and not a single f*ck was given. But after a good amount of stress it comes right back to you

I used to get panic attacks all the time. Doctor put me on prozac, paxil, and then effexor. All of it was garbage, and only put off the problem. I found that cardio(especially running) cured it for the most part. Lifting helps a bunch too. Now i seldom feel anxiety.

Did you also get them at home , when you were thinking about deep stuff?

I didn't take any meds when I had them , i think i better should

but hey i survived , it was a hell of a ride

True , it feels like dying , I just didn't know what I had to do , it was pretty traumatic

the funny part was , where i had to hold my mom her hand , and we were walking around the garage , i felt like a retarded kid
