Very happy with the triple with 120kg. It's pretty much my best (at this weight). Third rep was slow so will reset on Monday to 105kg and build up 2.5kg a week from there. After I stall the next time, it's time to change programs.Last edited by wick; 03-16-2018 at 01:03 AM.

Disappointing day. Was more confident on the deads than I was with the OHP and I failed miserably on deads... go figure. Also, deads have always been my best lift, yet at the moment, it's my chittest. I think +10kg a week is too much for me. Will reset to 170kg and increase 5kg a week.

OHP felt good. 8th rep went up smooth. Prob had 1-2 left. Few weeks back when I did this weight, I had to cheat to get the 8th up so bit of progression there.

Wow, what can I say. Public holiday here in Oz so I did a morning session rather than my usual evening session after work. OHP felt OK, but reckon it would've felt better after work if I had done it then like normal, but still managed to get 8 reps out. Few weeks back I got 6 out so an extra 2 is nice...
But then came deadlifts. I don't know wtf is happening at the moment. I'm almost at PB territory with bench but yet MILES behind a PB in my deadlift... The only reason I can think of is that I'm so inflexible at the moment, I'm having trouble even touching my knees when I bend over. This, I feel, makes it difficult for me to get into a good position. It feels like my shoulders are way over the bar and I'm pulling from my toes, instead of shoulders behind bar and pulling from heals. So yeah, going to dedicate a few days a week to stretching...
