Did some rows with 85 after this but my forearms were shot from the fat bar chins for some reason. Need to work on those more.

My hamstrings were really sore from squatting still, so I had to set my hips a bit differently to usual. The 330x5 was tight, very happy with the level I'm working up to lately. My intra-set mentality has improved a lot too.I'm aware I'm a wolf
