Need to do these more along with weighted pull-ups. Felt good, form was not even an issue
T-BAR ROWS

Chucked a mat and towel in a corner to stop the bar from rolling. really felt these in my lats, as opposed to lats and traps with BB rows. Fun exercise.
BB 21's

Holy forearm and bicep pump batman!
9 sets of abs
Did weighted decline at the end, had a 22lb plate til failure, then dropset with 11lb, then 6lb, then BW. My whole torso was on fire, but felt like jelly at the same time. So what I'm getting at is my stomach burned like napalm.
Short rest times meant the workout only went for 40 minutes.I'm aware I'm a wolf

Equalled my previous PR, but next time I'll just go AMRAP. Felt good cos my friends who I was working out with both weigh 30lb more than me, and they were push pressing, while I stayed strict and with no leg drive for every rep.

Wasn't even meant to be benching, but my mate hurt his back with bad form on rows, so I gave him some sympathy and we benched. 155 felt easy for the first time ever, and when I say easy I mean EASY.
Fantastic workout, I put all this down to excellent recovery. I'm really excited about front squats more than anything, as I'm aiming to get up to 175 within the next 6 weeks. You're right man. I've been doing my myofascial release stuff and a lot of stretching, and now I hardly get any spasms at all in my back and piriformis. I think I should go to a few physio appointments, just to consolidate and put this injury to bed. When I do, I wanna deadlift like you

Even though this is a PR, I'm pissed with my effort. I was heading for five on both sets, first three were swift, then all of a sudden both times on the fifth rep I axed it, and just absolutely lost my rhythm. Next time I will have 5

I could easily have done ten on each set, but I wanted the volume with the extra set. +45 will be a good test.
