so about 6 years ago my brother got into bodybuilding and started lurking on these forums. He was a sophmore in highschool at the time and he now has a huge raw total with an atg squat and has trained with the guys at supertraining. So anyway he was the one who started us all on the 5x5 program and we have all seemed to make great gains on it.

john will have videos soon too. he is a beginner at 235lbs so he has experienced some massive noob gains but as his bench and squat skyrocketted he hurt his shoulder so now all he does is squat deads and row. he will have some vids up hopefully sometime this he. ill vouch that he is strong as F***

damn yeah your crew is badass. i wish i had friends that wanted to get strong. all they care about is looking pretty. pisses me off. imma be looking for a few partners this school year. can't wait to see more vids. great lifts all.

thanks bruh. yeah its pretty damn hard to find anyone who is willing to actually commit to strength and not just size. we all got lucky

Yeah I go to mizzou though, so I think I will find a few. I was just kind of lifting last year, not looking for anything. I just now got into powerlifting about 3-4 months ago, so this year will be a good one I think.

we had a good lift day today. 3 big PR's on deads. casey had a bench PR cause he just started the 531 and hes throwing around lightweight... all around good day for the BH
