    Thanks, 325x5 wasnt too old i did 335x5 after that but ive been messing around with knee wraps and without them, also everytime ive been setting PR's on squat im Pr'ing on deads at the same time so my back gets burned out. i should be able to squat more really soon.

    im glad i went for 6 on monday instead of racking it. if i can keep that up, i know this PR train is gonna keep chuggin on. Had a pretty damn good lift today too, made an incline PR of 220x7. funny that my bench cant seem to keep up with row or incline.*

    what program does you guys all run. same thing or different???? just wondering. you said pr training, which i assume all powerlifters are training for that no matter what, but i didn't know if it was a certain program.

    most of us got strong with Madcow 5x5 and variations of it such as the advanced version... currently squat machine, flying knee, and the p are still running it but when they do there last sets they do as many as possible in stead of 5 (like 531)
    me and ironman are both running 531 but we only started a month ago. before that ironman did 5x5 and some westside at supertraining... but we really like the 531 we will probably run it for a few months maybe even a year depending on how it goes.

    me squat maching and ironman are brothers btw

    i was looking at 531. it has bench squat dead and military press. do you only do those once a week. and the sets how do they work. i was confused. do you only do 3 sets of each

    the 3 sets that you program are you " work sets " but you should definitely do warm ups to work up to those work sets, yeah you do do each once a week so you my want to wait till you stall to do the program, but we have also added 5 sets of 10 after your max to build muscle
