Ok guys, u can all take ur 2xBW benches and stuck it up ur...jk. I love seeing all u big boys push the heavy stuff. I'm only at 1.1BW but I'm pulling the female card. I did 1.5 at 31 tho.

It does. When i first hi the gym in Feb i could only do 225 once. Now i can do sets of 10+. It feels good hitting a long time goal. Im not stopping there. Next is 10% BF!!! Thanks Ishepis!

Not really competition worthy, hahaha, but this was my first attempt at 300 lb. (edit: re-calculated math....305lb!) Had to set cage as spotter. Since I had the backup and the first one felt pretty good (except for hitting the peg near top), so I decided to try a second. quickly realized it wasn't going to happen so I bailed. oh well. on a positive note...... 300 lb was my goal for end of June! Now I can work towards my 350 lb goal by Christmas.
