My childish plan is to wait until the deadline to enter. I'll see what I have to beat and do 5 reps with it then move up in weight
I can't do crossfit and also be a Detroit Lions fan. I love football and can only be in one cult at a time

that's some bullshiiit right there. it's sad that there were only 11 official entries, but to blame it on the weight classes is ridiculous. more likely that most people around here are pussies. probably get negged for that, but f it.
i compete against steve. i have no chance. but i'm all about trying to improve myself. put me in oceanside/busta/flex group, i don't care. i'll still bust my hump.

Dang it - you could have at least set those up so that each of the 3 females who already signed up get their own weight class.

I haven't maxed w/ bench in well over 3 years. I haven't even done any heavy benching in that long. I don't stand a chance.....
But, I need to start working on my bench too.In for the teeny, weeny group.

A step backwards is better than a setback.
If this (insert whatever trivial thing that is upsetting me) is the worst thing to happen today, I'm going to have a great day.

Like I said I haven't maxed in quite some time. But, if I had to guestimate I would say a clean rep of 200#. My all time max is over 3 yrs ago 250# @ 165#. I still hurt from that. LOL
