Well guys gone are my chances of setting a world record in the 132 pound handicap class brian just set it 281. Which is higher than his 148.8 record last feburary of 270. Im still going to cut to 132 anyway for fitness reasons. Im just bummed yet somewhat relieved. I asked him if he had video of the show we will see what he says. I can still set a record for my state of Pennsylvania though no ones set one yet so ill train for that one.

2nd set of bench workout. Didn't do a one rep max, and won't lift extremely heavy until the end of Oct. but please consider this my entry. I know I didn't show the weight but there is 335# on the bar. If ya wanna knock it down to 315# that is fine with me. Weight today is 263#.

I weighed in today at 148.4 still cutting guys. My shoulder seems to be healed now I injured it twice a week and a half ago. A bad spotter. Im going to need that 144 pound class you guys had for men soon.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

I lost some strength with losing weight but i found a supplement that works so my strength should go up good the next bench press comp session.
