    Dat der Juggernaut transformation. (Dex26)

Hi there guys and gals. My name is Jon. Over the next 4 to 5 weeks i'll be running a log of my transformation using a couple of Infinite Labs products while doing the juggernaut challenge in the process. I mainly just wanted to run a log to track my progress because i've never done one before and i've seen all the other great success stories here on bb.com

I already have Juggernaut orange flavor and Infinite Pro Whey chocolate should be arriving in a few days. I only wish they carried more flavors but chocolate works.

Here is a list of the current supplements i'm currently and will be taking during this journey.

    Oxyelite pro
    Thermal Shock
    Myofusion CnC
    Vasolate Chocolate PB
    Infinite Pro Whey 100% chocolate
    Juggernaut Orange
    Sizeon Max Wild berry
    Powershock Lime Splash
    Orange Triad

Quite a few proteins i know. I like to mix up the flavors.

Here are some before pictures i took, i'll be taking some after pictures in about 5 weeks.

With my after pictures i'll be sure to get front, side and back.

During this journey i'll be on a cutting routine, hoping to lost at least 2% bf in the process. Lots of cardio and alot of volume in my routines. I'm looking to shed bf, gain lean muscle and have fun in the process. So let's get started.

Tonight was chest & abs night.

    Supplements

Took 1 heaping scoop of juggernaut 30 minutes before my workout.
1 scoop of sizeon max with 1/2 scoop of powershock for my intra drink

    Routine

    5 minute warmup

DB flat bench press - 1st set was a drop set
    1 - 100x10, 70x10, 50x10
    2 - 90x10
    3 - 90x10
    4 - 85x10

Incline cable flys - Pyramid pump sets, no rest between climbing.
    1 - 30x10, 40x10, 50x10
    2 - 40x10, 50x10, 60x10
    3 - 50x10, 60x10, 70x10
    4 - 60x10, 70x10, 80x10

    Incline bench press bb
    1 - 135x10
    2 - 175x10
    3 - 205x10
    4 - 205x10

Plate loaded incline press (cybex) with superset of 10 elevated pushups
    1 - 90x10
    2 - 180x10
    3 - 220x10
    4 - 220x10

    Hammerstrength iso lateral incline press
    1 - 90x10
    2 - 180x10
    3 - 180x10
    4 - 180x10

    Hammerstrength decline press
    1 - 180x10
    2 - 180x10
    3 - 180x10
    4 - 180x10

    Upper cable crossovers
    1 - 20x10
    2 - 35x10
    3 - 40x10
    4 - 40x10

    Middle cable crossovers
    1 - 20x10
    2 - 25x10
    3 - 30x10
    4 - 30x10

Finished up with some 3ball and 4 ball pushups. Then 10 minutes of upper abs. I'll hit my lower abs and obliques tomorrow. I was in the gym for a total of 55 minutes.

As far as a review for juggernaut

    Taste
    7/10
Tasted alot like the orange flavor of superpump max but not as sweet. Not a bad taste but not a great one either. Close to a orange cream popsicle.

    Mixability
    9/10
Mixed pretty well, alittle bit of powder at the bottom but nothing you can't stand.

    Energy and Endurance
    9/10
Energy was great, got through my workout no problem. I know i could of done more when i got finished. This is where the product seemed to shine for me.

    Pumps
    6/10
This is where it falls short. I had a decent pump when i was doing the actual exercise but it didn't last long where as superpump max gave me huge pumps and long lasting ones.

This was just the 1st night on Juggernaut so the scores can be increased in time and i sure hope so.

Back, abs and cardio tomorrow. Looking foward to it. Love to train the back.
I realize my routine is high in volume but i love it that way. I used to keep my routines to around 20 sets per routine until i met a great guy at my gym. I have learned a whole lot from him and he turned my whole perspective on training around. He is a bodybuilder and really knows his stuff. He is one of the reasons that inspired me to become a personal trainer.

You could always hit up the chest. Being that monday is national chest day. LOL If you are looking to hit more areas than just your chest. Chest and biceps are fun to couple together or even superset together. Just let me know what you want to work on. I have millions of ideas.

Yeah i'll be hitting the cardio really hard tomorrow. You could always do back tomorrow,i have some good back routines.

Lol, I remembered the time when bb.com was shipping a free t-shirt that said "bb.com, home of dat dere (censored)" Haha, there were comments about how could they allow that. That thread was full of lulz.
But you know what I'm talking about cause you've been here for a while ;-)

Welcome man! Great intro. I don't think you'll be disappointed with the chocolate, I don't normally like chocolate protein but this one is awesome!

    My favorite routine

Not going to the gym for another 5 hours but thought i could just go ahead and post the workout i'll be doing then when i get back post how juggernaut was.

Warmup - My warmup consists of a few stretches and a superset of 2 different lat pushdowns. It really gets the blood flowing into my lats and i'm ready to start an intense back workout. I don't try to go heavy here, just use slower movements and perfect technique while getting a great squeeze at the bottom of the movement.

    Wide bar lat pushdown

    1 - 15x10
    2 - 20x10
    3 - 35x10
    4 - 55x10
    5 - 55x10 - dropset

    Rope lat pushdowns

    1 - 20x10
    2 - 35x10
    3 - 45x10
    4 - 45x10
    5 - 45x10

That is the end of the warmup and those 2 exercises are a superset. Usually only takes about 5 minutes for the warmup.

Hammer strength reverse grip lat pulldown

    1 - 270x8 - dropset 2 times
    2 - 180x8
    3 - 180x8
    4 - 180x8

Seated lat pulldown with v-bar attachment

    1 - 100x8
    2 - 140x8
    3 - 160x8
    4 - 160x8

Seated lat pulldown with 2 handles (1 arm at a time)

    1 - 80x8
    2 - 100x8
    3 - 140x8
    4 - 140x8

    Barbell t-bar rows

    1 - 90x8
    2 - 135x8
    3 - 135x8
    4 - 135x8 - dropset 2 times

Seated hammerstrength rows (1 arm at a time)

    1 - 90x8
    2 - 180x8
    3 - 180x8
    4 - 180x8

Seated low rows (Sometimes i'll do single arm, not decided what i'll do tonight. I always seem to get a better squeeze with single arm.)

    1 - 140x8
    2 - 160x8
    3 - 200x8
    4 - 200x8

    Finish up with lowerback

    Deadlifts

    1 - 135x8
    2 - 225x8
    3 - 275x8
    4 - 275x8

Last 2 exercises will be a superset, no rest

    Back extension machine

    1 - 180x8
    2 - 200x8
    3 - 220x8
    4 - 220x8

Hyper extensions w/ 45 lb plate

    1 - 8
    2 - 8
    3 - 8
    4 - 8

10 minutes of lower abs and obliques. Think i'll throw in some supermans too for more lowerback + core.

This workout usually takes me 40 minutes if i'm not talking to other people or working out with someone, minus the ab work that is. Including the ab work it will take about 50 minutes. Thinking of adding 15 minutes on the stairmaster tonight. I'll see how i feel.

By far my favorite exercise is the t-bar rows, i just can't get enough of those. I always get a huge pump from them.

Time to pull out the versa grips and pump up for back. Gonna love this workout.

Yeah that would be awesome, that or chocolate peanut butter. Love that flavor.

Today's pump was much better, although i did add 1/2 scoop of orange superpump max to my pre-workout. Yeah i know i cheated, won't happen again.

Energy and endurance were the same, good marks there.

I did get through my back routine just fine but i wound up doing some sets with a friend at the gym and got to talking so i didn't get to do cardio or ab work. I'll just do it tomorrow with arms.

One good note was that i did have a personal best with deadlifts, so i was happy about that. Put up 315 lbs for 5 reps, i think i could of done more but didn't want to push too hard because i wasn't quite at the end of my workout yet. I always love those supersets with my lower back, the burn you get from it is awesome.

So for tomorrow.... arms, lower abs, obliques and at least 20 minutes of high intensity cardio. At least 500 calories burned, that is the goal.

I actually returned it yesterday. For some reason it just made my hunger increase. For some people it doesn't seem to do it but for me it did. Other than that it seemed good.
Took it back and got me some chocolate peanut butter iso flex.

You should check out lean xtreme http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/dr...eanxtreme.html, then stacking EC definatly helps. Seems to be working for alot of people.

Not sure if i'm going to go and pick up another fat burner or not. My diet seems to be good enough and my training is going very good right now.

I'll be sure and post my routine, food intake and supplementation for the day after i get back from the gym. Oh this is going to be a fun workout, i know it.

Took 1 heaping scoop of Juggernaut pre-workout.
1 scoop of wild berry sizeon max with 1 scoop of lime splash power shock for intra drink.

I just have to say, i haven't felt this much adrenaline and energy in a very long time. Probably since he 1st time i 1st started taking pre-workouts. I was jumping around and pushing around the weights much easier than usual. Energy was through the roof. Even with just the 1st set of curls my vascularity was full force, the blood sure was flowing.

Here was the workout. A couple of the exercises i did in superset form, bicep/tricep but figured it would be easier to write it down in this format.

5 minute warmup. Warmup consisted of stretching and 2 exercises which were 10 lb & 25 lb plate tricep extensions and chinups. Did 2 sets of each. 30 chinups total.

Seated DB curls 1 arm at a time

    1 - 45x10
    2 - 50x10
    3 - 45x10
    4 - 45x10

Preacher curls with ezbar (close grip) I think the ezbar is 15 lbs, i just put 35s on each side for 2 sets then drop it do 25s.

    1 - 85x10
    2 - 85x10
    3 - 65x10
    4 - 65x10

    Standing ezbar wide grip curls

    1 - 70x10
    2 - 80x10
    3 - 80x10
    4 - 90x8

In & out hammer curls standing

    1 - 35x10
    2 - 45x10
    3 - 45x10
    4 - 45x10

    Reverse grip curls (straight bar)

    1 - 50x10
    2 - 60x10
    3 - 70x10
    4 - 70x8(failure)

Rope push downs with outward pull

    1 - 35x10
    2 - 42.5x10
    3 - 50x10
    4 - 50x10

Rolling Tri-extensions - video if you don't know what they are - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rD5Mz2262fU

    1 - 35x10
    2 - 45x10
    3 - 45x10
    4 - 45x10

Incline skull crushers with ezbar ( did flat and decline last week)

    1 - dropset here - 90x10, 80x10, 70x10
    2 - 80x10
    3 - 80x10
    4 - 70x10

Weighted bench dips ( i just use plates)

    1 - body weight x 15
    2 - 45lb plate - 155
    3 - 125 lb x 10
    4 - 135 lb x 10

single arm tricep cable pushdowns superset with pulldowns (basically just use 1 foward grip then use a reverse grip) or if you wanted to use 2 hands you could just use the curved bar.

    1 - 15x10
    2 - 30x10
    3 - 35x10
    4 - 35x10

Did a few sets of weighted leg raises, hanging torso twists, hanging oblique crunches, oblique crunches on hyper extension machine and oblique v-ups.

Burned 350 calories on stairmaster. Gotta love seeing a lake of sweat on the steps. lol

Got home and drank Iso Flex chocolate peanut butter protein shake. Taste is ok, but no where near as good as Muscle Pharm's combat chocolate peanut butter.
Going to have grilled chicken salad for dinner and continue the tradition of myofusion cnc protein shake before bed.

I sure hope i continue to have workouts like these. Just amazing energy.

    2 - 180x10
    3 - 180x10
    4 - 180x10

    Hammerstrength decline press

    2 - 25x10
    3 - 30x10

Hey nice namesake!! Hah I am also Jon, and good to see you here in the challenge! Wow super jealous of that supplement stack if I wasn't poor as a pauper I would love to try that out. Best of luck, feel free to stop on by and give a shout out!

Thanks, out of that stack i'd say there are 2 supplements that stand out above the rest. SizeOn Max and Combat Chocolate peanut butter. But i have to say power shock is the best tasting supplement ever. But when sour apple superpump max comes to my door that might change everything. Been waiting for that for months.

If you are looking for a bcaa product to take during your workouts, i STRONGLY suggest you give power shock a try. Grape or Lime. Just amazing.

    1 - 90x10
    2 - 180x10
3 - 230x8(failure, if i had spotter i think i could of pushed them out)
    4 - 180x10

Seated Arnold press DB - - superset with 35 lb plate raises 10 reps

    1 - 35x10
    2 - 45x10
    3 - 45x10
    4 - 45x10

Seated should press DB - - superset with 35 lb plate raises 10 reps

    1 - 50x10
    2 - 55x10
    3 - 70x10 (1st time i've been this high)
    4 - 65x10

Power cleans BB - superset with 35 lb plate raises 10 reps

    1 - 135x10
    2 - 185x8 (failure)
    3 - 155x10
    4 - 155x10

    Upright rows w/ ezbar

    1 - 70x10
    2 - 80x10
    3 - 90x10
    4 - 90x10

    BB shrugs

    1 - 315x8
    2 - 315x8
    3 - 225x8
    4 - 225x8

    Standing DB lateral shoulder flys

    1 - 20x10
    2 - 25x10
    3 - 25x10
    4 - 25x10

    Standing DB foward raises

    1 - 30x10
    2 - 35x10
    3 - 35x10

Bent over DB lateral flys (targeting rear delts)

    1 - 15x8
    2 - 20x8
    3 - 20x8

    Stairmaster for 15 minutes

    Seated calf extensions

    1 - 200x15
    2 - 220x15

    Standing calf raises

    1 - 150x15
    2 - 180x15

Yet again adrenaline was through the roof. Pumps were insane, especially for my traps. Looked like they went up a inch during my workout. Front delts looked ripped and felt like they were about to explode.

Stacking Sizeon and Juggernaut seems to be a match made in heaven.

I was in the gym for a total of 58 minutes. I even stood around and talked to a few friends while i was there. Set up a date to workout with a buddy on tuesday. That should be epic.

Awesome, push those weights around until you see your front delts about to explode out of your skin!!!

Looking foward to seeing your workout results. Just drank my combat chocolate peanut butter protein shake. 55g of protein. Best tasting protein shake ever. Funny thing is, it tastes better with water rather than milk.

Pump up song of the day -
