Fact of the matter is, whether you want to criticize it as homosexual or not, men don't wear ten pounds of makeup to look good.

I don't know a single woman that wears full face makeup every day, and actors actually have to wear that much all the time so the lights don't wash them out, men included. Most women just wear maybe a little concealer and mascara, and that doesn't change the appearance of your whole face.

It definitely does. It can be reversed though (I mean, depending on how bad things have gotten).

People don't blink an eye at the idea that the body can heal itself from disease and injury yet reversing the signs of aging (minuscule in comparison) seems an impossibility to many.

There really is so much one can do stop it or "age well" but most people are either too lazy or don't believe it is possible ...but anyway..

But yeah, as a generalisation this is true. Women have to have some drawbacks though, they can't have it all. Up until the age of around 39 most women are treated like godesses, White knighted to death. Then their biological clock starts ticking and it all goes downhill.

Aging produces loss of volume in the face. Granted they took care of themselves, for CERTAIN men and women with certain kind of bone structure and fullness to their faces in youth, the loss of volume and increased definition can actually make them both look even better (or very good) as they age.

Michelle Pheiffer and Brad Pitt are good example of full faces in youth (not fat) that actually looked better as they aged.

As for makeup. Again, not true across the board. Diet has far more to do with the health of the skin than anything topical and how do you explain, then, the fact that there are plenty of men who have terrible skin both in youth and as they age.

Using celebrities is the worst possible way to prove this point. Celebrities are general better looking than the population, also they have access to techniques that preserve the appearance of youth which most non celebrities can not afford.


...and that pic of JLH looking hot in the dress, she's got one of those butts that looks good in packaging, but when you unwrap it, it's all cottage cheese. She ain't even that old yet!

Heres what I do is stay youthful looking, in the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
