I believe that the biggest problem with my body is my triceps, which aren't that bad but i want to get them bigger, if not more toned . I'm not exactly a small guy, so my arms have fat on them, i'm working on decreasing fat overall but at the same time, i see dudes in the gym who look like they could be playing the line in the NFL, just fat as hell but their triceps are cut as hell . I regularly work my triceps once or maybe twice a week by doing skullcrushers, pulldowns, overhead extensions, and even started reverse-close grip benching, along with tricep pushups and dips . What i wanna know is how do i get that cut in the upper tricep and shoulder(almost a mirror image to the upper bicep and shoulder) and how can i get my tri's bigger ? Because what i seem to be doing is not working, i don't feel anywhere near sore after i workout like i do when i do chest and abs .

Tricep Toning/Size

This:
-Hit your triceps just as hard as you do any other muscle group.
-Do tricep-isolating exercises like: kickbacks, skull-crushers, ROPE pull downs
-When you do exercises like CG bench, overhead extensions, and reverse CG bench go heavy weight with 4-8 reps. I have found this puts on size for your triceps.
-EAT.

My tris are one of my best body parts. I never did CGBP. I always stuck to rope pushdowns and I credit that for adding the most mass to my tris. I always did 8-15 reps and would include lots of drop sets and sets to failure. Dips are also one of my favorites for adding tricep mass, weighted dips are a good finisher.
