    Best Supplement to burn fat and Build Muscle?

    Hi could anyone tell me what the best supplement is to build muscle and burn fat and also when to take the supplement please

    Learning that you can't build muscle and burn fat with any supplement will save you a lot of trouble over the next few years. Gaining muscle requires increased calories while burning fat requires decreased calories. Plain and simple.

    At 17, the thing you should worry about most at this point is your overall nutrition. When looking to build muscle, you want to slowly add calories to your diet, whether it be extra carbs per meal or add an extra meal in. Focus on dense foods and push heavy weight. Results will follow.

    Im 18 on 27th July do you all just reckon its best to eat a lot of protein and veg and fruit to build muscle? and eat more calories to put on weight?

    But what do i do straght after my workout i need some quick protein and carbs so i need a supplement for that wont i?

    Protein YES, as for a carb if your tight on cash drink some gatoraid, poweraid, or some drink with sugars. Just make sure you don't drink a juice (orange, grape, ect) if you take post workout creatine because one of those juices turns in useless and may make u sick.

    Honestly, at 17 you can build strength while losing fat. Especially if you're just starting out lifting. You're naturally high in the greatest aid for this: Testosterone. You won't gain a ton while cutting fat, but you can make minor gains.

    Postworkout nutrition doesn't mean drop-weights-drink/eat-meal. You can eat/drink your postworkout nutrition 30 minutes after workout.

    The thing is it takes me about 20 minutes to get home as i have to cycle home and then it takes about 20-30 minutes to cook. (cooker very slow)

    Would this be too late by then or is it still fine?

    A cup of brown rice and chicken/fish fillet is a very nice postworkout nutrition.

    So its fine to have 60-75 minutes after my wourkout?

    Also does it matter what i eat just aslong as i get enough carbs, protein, fat and calories?

    Don't cook each meal separately. Cook a bunch of food at once and then throw 'em in the fridge. I typically cook enough food to last me 3-4 days. You don't want to be wasting time cooking prior to every meal. Eating 30min after your workout in completely fine.

    yes it is, post workout nutrition is fine even at 90mins after working out. It doesn't really matter what you eat as long as you get the right macros but try to get nutrition from various sources of FOOD, don't rely on supps to much.
