    1 body part a day

    Hey Guys

I need help with coming up with a new routine. I am 5'10 155lbs very low body fat and all ready have good size but I want to make more gains and improve definition on my abs. Ive seen a couple other posts for 1 a day work outs but my only problem is I have a torn menisucus and a tore ACL in my left knee so i am limitied to what I can do leg wise. Any suggestions on routine's for one Body part a day will be appericated

Usually doing one body part a day is kind of a waste of time and usually just overworking that one body part. It is better and more efficient to workout 2-3 body parts per workout. Since your goal is to get bigger, improve definition, and focus on your core then this workout plan is perfect for you.

I'd recommend a different cereal every morning as well. Monday, start with fruit loops.
