    Yet another bodyfat estimation

    I'd really appriciate if someone could estimate my % of body fat.

    I'm 19, 5'8 to 5'9 and 154 lbs.

    Also could use some pointers on what I mainly should focus on. Loosing body fat? or muscle gain? in order to get my abs to show.

    You could cut some more to see abs imo. It's not just about the abs, but you would see an obvious muscle gain if you have a lower bodyfat which might keep you motivated.

    I wouldn't cut, it looks like you don't have much mass to work with so I'd slow bulk.
