Nutrition Thoughts
Another 1.4 lbs this week bringing my weight to an even 145 lbs. My deficit came up a little short this week about ~150 cals but nothing too big. Although I'm bored of the food, I definitely can keep this up for a while longer. Unfortunately Saturday was my last day, going to get some dim sum tomorrow. I'll post my overall thoughts when I grab my blood tests.
Workout Thoughts
Workouts were up and down this week. Back/chest didn't fair very well, but leg day welcomed a slight improvement. Then again, my ab workouts (dragonflags, ab wheel roll outs) are improving slowly. I'm guessing this is more from neural adaptation.
