    Nutrition Thoughts
Rest day. I've noticed when I order my meal and leave it sitting until I'm ready to eat, it loses weight. This is probably from oil/cheese leaking out. It was a pretty drastic weight difference today, but made up the macros with more almonds/whey.

    Nutrition Thoughts
My buddy is visiting from few states over next week. It looks like this diet is going to end prematurely. I'll keep going until we have plans to eat. It looks like this will run 6 to 6.5 weeks. I'm a little bored of the KFC anyway but have made good progress within this time. Not satisfied though so I'll be back to cutting afterwards.

BTW. Are there any specific blood tests you all would like to see? I'll definitely be getting all the cholesterol markers and glucose to start.

Can't believe its been six weeks. Time goes by really fast. Today might actually be the last day of this diet. My friend from out of state gets in tonight. I've ordered blood tests and should be going in to take those soon. I'm actually starting to crave food in general now. I'll probably go to the supermarket and stock up soon. My fridge has been empty besides milk for over a month. Tomorrow I'll post updated pics and stats.

    Nutrition Thoughts
Another 1.4 lbs this week bringing my weight to an even 145 lbs. My deficit came up a little short this week about ~150 cals but nothing too big. Although I'm bored of the food, I definitely can keep this up for a while longer. Unfortunately Saturday was my last day, going to get some dim sum tomorrow. I'll post my overall thoughts when I grab my blood tests.

    Workout Thoughts
Workouts were up and down this week. Back/chest didn't fair very well, but leg day welcomed a slight improvement. Then again, my ab workouts (dragonflags, ab wheel roll outs) are improving slowly. I'm guessing this is more from neural adaptation.

On the way, should be here this weekend hopefully. It was strangely difficult to find a doctor/lab willing to do blood work in NJ without me having insurance and keeping it under $300.

It should be 30-35$ at any walk in clinic

Not in NY or NJ. Apparently they made it illegal for walk in blood tests.

Regardless, it was done. I'm just waiting for results; was supposed to grab it already but office was closed due to the hurricane.

Interesting. I would have thought you would be a lot more deficient in micronutrients with that diet...but it seems that you are only deficient in vitamin C, vitamin E, and potassium. The good thing is that those deficiencies are relatively easy to fix, and a multivitamin certainly helps with that.

I'm no expert on blood tests but lipid/cholesterol numbers improved slightly. The difference between the changes are small and insignificant though.

Despite my high total cholesterol, my risk for CVD is low due to the "good cholesterol"/HDL.
