Not sure if these exactly would be called exercise equipment, but basically just replacements for the typical boring treadmill or stairstepper -- something that burns just as many calories, and is fun to use, something like a ping pong table perhaps? Something I could do at home...
I don't know why but I'm having trouble thinking of some, have any you'd recommend?

How much LISS, how much HIIT? I ask because I do a lot of cardio and want to change my routine for a bit (I do insanity workouts about 4 times a week, since having finished the program). The idea of redlining sounds appealing to me, I just am wary of overtraining. I am in very good condition as far as cardio goes---what's a good volume and ratio for LISS/HITT with a 3 day starting strength split?

I use a turbo trainer for my racer in the winter and use training videos. Something different and it keeps me fit. In the summer i normally get on the road to cycle but unfortunately the bike is not road worthy at the moment and ive got a 60 mile race coming up this month :-(
damm i better get the bike ready...
