Ha my other friends got warned a head of time about some of the guests. All in all I still had fun. Its kind of funny as I no longer take part in the drinking fun to sit back and watch the good times roll.

    Off Day

Macro: Again who knows! Probably around the 2800-3k Area.

Made this for the BBQ and hate most of it >_> I love fruit if you couldnt tell....

So yet again an off day. Started out slow and crappy, had a bunch of random thunder storms roll on in during the early hours. Ended up doing the normal running around with the pup till the weather cleared up / got the word the BBQ I was going to was still on for.

So again didn't really track much on the macro area. 2nd BBQ of the weekend and also the last so things will be back on track as of Monday. Normally I'd probably get stressed out but to be blunt I am over that phase and could care less! Going out > Tracking food. Well by the time everyone showed up the sky went from blue to black and as soon as the grill got fired up the rain came storming down. Still had a blast, spent a lot of the day in doors till the weather cleared up.

Some of the locals started blasting off fire works, was really nice since sitting in the backyard you could see them perfect. Mortars, the whole 9yards.

Lots of eats not pictured. I was to busy stuffing my face to pull out my phone! Lots of chicken, turkey sausages, other random BBQ eats and massive amount of fruit.

    Side note:
Was going to see Transformers 3 3D or fawk even normal but not to sure on the reviews it got / what some of my friends said about it. Anyone see it yet?!?!

lol- this for sure 4th of July isn't the weekend to be trying to track cals & macros. I got a rough estimate yesterday just because it was a workout day but the rest of the weekend has been a free for all! Back to normal on Tuesday...

^^^ agreed with what you guys are saying about tracking food on the holidays and stuff. Luckily I'm trying to put on weight but I know I would be going absolutely fukcing crazy if I was on a cut and going to multiple bbqs and stuff in one weekend. You really just have to not worry about it I guess. Not worry about it and chow down
Currently bulking/getting up to a respectable weight:

Dude, I did your last upper body workout the other day to mix things up a bit in my routine. My weight was a little lower, but I did every movement with your 8-12 rep thought in mind. Not going to lie: it was awesome!

Hey Merial good to have you in man and thank you! I have not had a drink in over a year and a half. Lets just say I used to party a bit to much when I was younger. Its more of a personal thing that Id rather not get into but lets just say I used to like to hit the bottle just a tad bit to much

I also am on a gluten free diet anyways so I could have a few glasses of wine but I rather not =P

Yarrr even still on a cut you could enjoy the BBQ, just dont make a pig of your self. Heck I am more worried about my 3-4K burns at not getting the calories in lol.

Mhhh man its a good split. It really works the heck out of you! Best part about it is getting to move around different lifts if you seem to hit a wall on it. + always nice to mix it up.

    DB Curl: 30xF 35xF 35xF
    Skull: 45x10 45x9 45x8

Macro: 0.o Oops lots of BBQ

Well for starters happy 4th! I wasn't going to end up doing much today other then hit the gym, walk the pup and then head off to dog sit for a bit. Ended up bumping into my friend at the gym. Him and the wife didn't end up going to Philly so they wanted to get a small BBQ going.

Did a crap ton of running around and my calm day turned into busy busy busy. All in all great day. I wanted to get back on track for my macro's as the scale dipped down from the 160-161 area back to a low 159..... Probably due to a small calorie deflect and as well lots of hot weather.

Not to worried about the weight, RL>BB. Workout was 10/10 today anyways and thats what I am mostly concern by! Everything was explosive. Other then going to rep the 70's and blowing my load :/ My gym really needs to fix the 65's before I just go find a new gym. I was in a great mood during my whole workout and just felt in the groove.

Barbecue eats look fantastic... especially those grilled chilli pineapples.

    Seriously though, good workouts.
We seem to have extremely similar stats (weight) and strength.

Man I am craving for this weekend to come by, I am hitting some more grill pineapple =P

I gotta say I did notice similar strength in some lifts but I am jelly of your routine. It has me thinking up a PHAT to start running

Thanks duder! You know I just feel like I am not progressing in terms of strength when it comes to the DB Benching. But over all looking at week to week my reps are staying strong in the range I want them to so thats a good thing.

I just really want my gym to fix the 65's so I can start pressing with them and not having to make such a dramatic jump in the weight on my working sets.

    Lower A

    Front Squat: 115x12 125x11 135x10 135x7 135x9
    Rack Pull: 205x12 275x8(PR) 275x12(PR) 285x7(PR)
    Extension: 195x8 180x8 180x8
    Curl:165x10 165x8 165x8
    Seated Calf: 115x12 125x10(PR) 125x10(PR)

    Macro: 3441 85F 424C 245P

What a freaking day! Had off but ended up running around trying to keep busy. Morning flew by and next thing I knew I was in the Gym busting my tail. Got my training in a bit later then I wanted to. Wanted to try and take advantage of having off from work / bang it out early but ended up getting some stuff done around the house.

Walked about 5.5-6Miles during the day with the pup. Now for the best part of my day. Strong Lower A day! I have been loving my Front Squatting thats for sure. Weight has been feeling good and the Form is spot on. With that said I think I might start to bring up the weight if I can keep it 1PPS+ What ever I had on with in the 8-12 range.

I started to feel a bit meh about Deadlifting as of the last few lower days so I mixed it up with the Rack Pull. I like to do these barefooted with the pin set on the last hole. Right under my knees, just a tad bit lower. I ended up hitting this PR by mistake and went to slap on 2x25's but ended up putting on 2x35's. 1st and 2nd set felt amazing, the 2nd set had so much power at the lockout I said fawk it and dropped on 10 more lb's. Wasn't my cleanest PR but form was good till about the last rep. Didnt want to risk it and just ended the set with a happy 7!

That had my Gluts and Back smoked and I could feel my body just pumped from the lift. Got done with my few easy iso movements and knocked out some core work to call it a day. Really happy with the movements today, I have been seeing some growth in the Legs and really nice in the gluts. Legs are a week spot for me since they have always been extremely frail looking. I think it is safe to say I will most likely be sticking to Front Squat and Back Squat progression and leaving heavy deads out for Rack Pulls and DB DLing for the lower back movement.

By the way if you have gotten the idea of the type of music I tend to play Id like some suggestions to some knew bands. Or **** just name anything that gets you going in the gym. My Ipod is starting to get olddddddd on the tunes.
