    Nutrient timing is irrelevant. Tons of people intermittently fast year round. Just eat all your food after 7 pm like everyone else who does ramadan.

    what about claims about losing muscles when u fast as muscles use it as energy source? I am pretty confused right now

    Those claims are unfounded and made by bros. Significant catabolism doesnt occur until 24-36 hours of fasting.

    Do not worry about eat normal before your fast.

    Add in some fiber powder and fats, they will both slow down digestion. Eat steak and eggs.
