Any good tasting protein shakes?

Does anyone know any good protein shake recipes to gain muscle, something pre or post workout. I have 100% whey protein (double rice chocolate). so is their any thing good shakes to make with this? Thank you

There are plenty of good tasting proteins that you can buy, not sure about what you can do with the one you have.

Look into XF whey, Myofusion, Trutein, and XF UP 2.0

L2Read. And it all depends on what your goals are OP...if you're trying to gain mass then put the "kitchen sink" in there. Peanut butter, bananas, whole milk, oats, protein powder,etc. If you go to the nutrition section I'm sure there are some more exact recipes to show what quantity of what to add. But it really all comes down to the liquid and how thick you want them.

Honestly If you purchase the right protein there's no need to mix things with it..but to answer the question....I would say.....try 8-10oz milk or water ,1 banana, 1 tablespoon natty PB and 1 scoop of your Protein....that should come out pretty good, Your overall diet will be the main factor on how much muscle you gain..a protein shake is supposed to supplement a healthy diet so keep that in mind. Pre-order will start tommorow..It's going to be a limited run. It wasnt supposed to be released for a while but since a lot of member's have requested it a.s.a.p Greg made a batch for the time being for customer's to pre-order which then will be shipped out thursday. 8oz Water or milk + 1-2 ice cubes + 1 scoop= Thank me later I would suggest picking up the samples for the other flavors since most people at worst find a go to flavor when trying the Trutein line, I'm a fan of the Chocolate Covered Banana, Choc. Peanut Butter cup and the Vanilla ( Best Vanilla around Imo...just like Breyer's Fat free Vanilla Bean Ice cream ) are all excellent even the choc dipped strawberry which get's no love
