    best late night snack that wont make me fat

    I just started eating cottage cheese and some almonds about 1-2 hrs before bed. I was wondering if this is a good late nite snack to have because I come home at 12am from work and I'm hungry all the time. Anyone else have any suggestions on what other good food I can snack on late nite?

    Have you figured out your daily cal and macro needs? If so, anything that will fit your macros is "healthy".

    If you have not, you need to start there before doing anything else.
