I just got caught up on repping the ladies photos.
I ran out of rep power though, lol.
I will have to pick up where I left off on recharge, which will be post #53 for ceejay.

Just posting quick so I don't forget on my way to work: Weigh in @ 61.2kg (134.64lbs)

(new all time low btw)

EDIT: Alright made it to work now

I've been told to not squat or lunge by my chiropractor because it can mess up my recovery/what we're doing.. kinda sucks, no leg work for me. Deadlifts are a go though, so I'll be doing those lightly (and probably from a deficit) for a while!

I did quite a bit of work on my serratus muscles yesterday and I am already feeling wrecked, haha

This morning is neck, delts, and traps...

What about with a weighted belt? This way the weight is put on your pelvis and not your back

My back isn't the problem, it's my hips and knee (I had ACL reconstruction surgery and there's some issues I'm still dealing with)

I do need a weighted belt for other things soon though...

READ THE PICTURE RULES!!!!

Week 1 done!

5 days of lifting, 1 cardio only day and 1 day of rest.

On-wards to week 2!

Tomorrow will be taking my first measurements/weight.

Weight for first week is 178. Lost about 4.5 lbs. Body is still in cut mode.

Can wait to go on the Swole stack Mid-July and start beef''n.

This is my first Online Contest and I consider myself very lucky for it to be this one. Everyone on here is supporting everyone, everyone is so nice, patient, and ALL are a great motiviation for me personally. My goal is to be a better me, when finished and grow my online friendships with people with the same goals.
