    Good Morning People!!!

    Thought I just drop by and say "hi". I usually lurk,laugh, and leave. So I thought I'd make an appearance.

    Started that new workout on Mon -it is short but very intense. Okay maybe not intense as I am just weak :~ pushups,lunges, deads -make me hurt

    My diet has been good. I eat just under maintenance -not so good for losing lots o' weight but I have lots o' energy for the gym

    Sounds like a pretty decent workout, and the diet sounds great! Energy ftw
    I'm pretty much doing super low cals 5 days a week and cuttin loose on the weekends... trying to dial back the amount of "cut-loose" each weekend now...

    I am not counting calories anymore :O I know

    I just eat less - no second helpings,no crazy snacking/mindless munchin,stop when I feel full and I eat pretty much the same food-different variations every day
    Don't know if this is working or not but at lest I am gaining weights in the gym -the only weight that counts

    Hey guys just checking in, Just started my semester and getting use to waking up at 7 am everyday miss those sleep until you want days.. miss them soo much.

    Anyways sitting up at 230+ and feels some-what good and bad. The good is people have commented that im looking beastly as well as the strength gain and food. The bad is I dont have my old fat clothes and dont look as cut.

    Hope everyone is doing well, Im about to hit up an arms workout. Get some!!

    Could be compression, but really looked like a weight belt. I was kinda flying by at 70MPH, so really didn't stop to ask . I'm sticking with a belt though - much more entertaining!

    Don't sell yourself short. Intensity isn't necessarily how much metal you can push around, but how much work you put into it. If you're putting in the work and really feeling it thereafter, then you're working intensely.

    I am still in this. It is consuming my life! Every waking moment is spent: Working out, posing, prepping food, eating, studying my posing, contest prep, etc. I also have a full time job and a 2 year old. I got this thought! It will all be worth it!

    Did you now I had to go to pg 4 to find this thread. with all those juggernaut people making threads/logs and such :~


    Anyway i just wanted to let you I got down to 143.6 this morning!!

    I also completed my first week of the New Rules Of Lifting For Women- NROLFW. It is a very short workout but cause it uses the whole body I feel it Especially my hams and abs. yup am working those abs and it feels great

    I had a bad eating down yesterday -okay did fine till I skipped supper and then munched the evening away :~ whhhyyy dooo I do that??? Anyway was surprised this morning when I lost weight!!

    I had the breast of duck yesterday. Hubby had duck license ,shot said duck ,came home, tore breast out and we fried it up. At first bit it was very wild, very different taste. But we are used to venison so after the first bit of duck it tasted fine afterward

    my step dad hunts elk so we have elk every year its yummy
