Sure. Pack healthy snacks like you said and grill up some chicken or beef kabobs. with fresh veggies and lean meats you can't go wrong. Also add some jerky and some whey powder with your snacks and you should be good. I am trying to figure out a way to do this when we are in the hospital. (wife is going to deliver this week or be induced next monday)

    Thanks woody.
And I understand about the strength losses... being permanently 30lbs lighter (20% total bodyweight?!) than I was when I was the strongest (pre injury and all that too), my strength is down a lot. Deadlift went up though! The blueprint run I have lined up will be awesome though.

315 on flat bench for 2 reps was good considering i started with 5 sets of incline then on 4th set of flat i hit my max. i did 2 clean reps of 275 on incline and then drop set into 3 reps of 225. im gonna miss these strength gains!

goal is now 350 for 1 clean rep on flat bench...and i hope i can nail it while wearing my obf shirt!

buy some shirts u cheap SOBs and show some support here! :P

Thanks guys for the help for camping. I think I got my game plan now a.k.a camp food list and should be ready to go. Except you LoveMyInk.- I will have one s'more because what is camp without s'mores right? hehe

Congrats on the soon-to-be new little HarryBeast!!!

I took 1 month measurements today. I lost an inch around my hips. Half inch around my flabby arm(soon to be no more flabby) feels good.I am noticing I am losing all my weight around my rib cage. Is very good but I wish it was more around my muffin top waist :~ oh well at lest I'm losing!!!

Beefie!! Don’t cut it off, but if you keep hurting it tell the doc’s to use Velcro instead of stitches. That’s what I told a buddy of mine that has had about 4 or 5 surgeries on his knees. He is from Colorado and still plays ice hockey.

But seriously best of luck to ya on the knee. Sounds like good news if they did some tests and no pain..
    GOOD LUCK!

Crazy workout today. Loved every sweaty second of it, because I'm back in a real gym! And it's pretty nice, too. *sigh* so good to be back in one...how I missed them.

now I'm hurty, but in all the right places.
