Checking in here. Reading up on all your posts. Between working and baby, I LIVE in the gym: Cardio, working out, gymnastics, posing practice, routine practice, and helping a first time MBB and a first time Fitness/Bikini competitor with their stuff, who are both doing the same show as me. AND helping another Bikini/Figure Competitor with her first show in December. I swear, I don't have FREE time. Every moment of the day I plan and think about working out/dieting/ etc. And on top of it ALL: I have to go to CA for a week in a few weeks. So, I gotta prepare for that trip and keep focus on my diet and working out. YIKES!!! I enjoy every minute of it, though. Sometimes I have to be reminded that I am also doing a show and make time for my practice/workout FIRST. I got this thought! Going for OVERALL!!! LETS DO THIS!!!!!!

hey guys!! hope everyone is sticking to theirregimen! i'm just trying to make it 5x /wk with a hectic schedule w/ work. got getting as much cardio as i would like ..but hopefully in 2 weeks i can kick it in since work will be a little more lax. Workouts have been good considering I have to work around a jacked up schedule..going at 5AM. I've been hitting it 5x which i am happy that i am able to make it in the AM.

Despite life happening sounds like you're doing really well! keep at er wada
With the exception of Wednesday, I've managed to get up at 5am everyday this week to do cardio and some leg rehab! My hip started bugging me again, probably from the bike use... if my leg is feeling alright tonight/tomorrow I think I may give the treadmill a shot... or if the weather stops sucking, go to the park for a run. Been raining all week.. It's like we only had 1-2 weeks of summerBluePrint Believer!
