bench- around 225 havent maxed in a while. been doing mostly dumbells. doing 95x6
deadlift- 275x8
squat-? dont go heavy yet due to still recovering from ACL surgery
how did you know I dont have good posture from those pics??? srs. i know i need to fix it fukin hard tho. serious how could you tell? and any tips on how to fix
for the first 2 years I did one body part a day, with random weeks doing 2 bodyparts, but always fell back on one body part. i do a lott of volume compared to others. right now im on layne nortens routine, id def recommend it. honestly my diet has sucked since i began lifting, only started to truely "bulk" this past week lol. id just say in order to gain size, you truely have to love going to the gym, not just loving the progress you gain. because honestly thats how people stop going to the gym, if their not satisfied with their progress. to be honest progress takes a long ass time and it comes so subtle you wont even notice your body changing until 2 years later you look at what you used to look like lol. i ttruely love going to the gym and thoroughly enjoy every minute of it(except for leg days) and thats the best advice i can give. and if you need any motivation gregplitt.com is awaiting you. that guy is fawking awesome, his words of wisdom are truely inspiring"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit"---Aristotle

your shoulders are rounded forward. try to push your shoulder blades together + pull your shoulders slightly up also, looks like there detached lol. stand against a wall touching with your rear delts/traps , blades held together, ass just touching, lower back/abs somewhat tense, feet together. do that for 30 seconds like 5 times a day. try to catch yourself when youre slouching through out the day . i had the same **** with myself, practice and conditioning the muscles to that position is all it takes.
also do these stretches
http://www.wazeesports.com/Moreinfo/stretch%20skill.pdf
i do them everyday up to 3 times.
look at zyzz, great shoulder posture, more natural for him tho, do to his clavicles IMO.
