hey guys, i posted a few weeks ( and yesterday in the MISC, and alot said it was inspirational ) ago in another section about my cut but i figured id share and answer any questions that you bigger guys might have about losing weight.. since January 23rd ( thought it was 28th) i have lost 80lbs, i kind always take pictures to track progess and really kind of wow'd myself with what i did in the few months... my goal was always to be in the air force and 80lbs ago i didnt think i would ever be able too, i denyed football scholarships (small d2 ones) and told my self i would lose the weight no matter how long it took... well here i am 80lbs lighter at 190 and officially enlisted in the air force=) thanks for looking and feel free to ask questions.. and reps till im out.
