Layne Norton . I have been doing ur program, and i am almost in shock at the gains i am expericing...

the best program i ever been on... my other programs, i would increase by like 1 rep. and ur program im increasing by like 2-3 reps each session!!! much respect layne norton.. u are my new idol (srs/no homo)

i am doing a log to.

    http://forum.simplyshredded.com/topi...rogram-my-log/

the only question that i have for u is that i dont think i can do cable kick backs because of a possible tricep tendosisis, i get a shock/wierd burn/pinch at the top of the rep when doing cable kick backs. any suggestions on another exercise to replace this with? (for the chest/arms hypertrophy day)

    in short

: I am doing ur program layne norton and seeing excellent gains in strength.. And I dont want to do cable kickbacks anymore because of tricep tendosisis, and i want ur suggestion to which exercise i can replace them with. maybe close grip dumbbell press? idk.

my new inspiration.... layne norton truly knows his sh!t.

if layne norton was a dog, this is what he would like...

    the example of knowledge/hardwork/genetics...

Ben comes to my small ass private gym in Wisc. Hes a cool ass dude, very chill but a beast during sets.

Lifted "with" him a couple of times last summer, I think he still competes once or twice a year.. not positive though

Nuthin' stoppin' ya if ya let nuthin' stop ya...if you get my drift...?

On that theme...the single thing I have learned and I credit my coach with planting the seed is that in BB ( and in all walks of life really) you dont get up on stage with a placard listing all the reasons you ARENT in shape.

    The judges simply DONT CARE!

They dont care your mom passed away or you slipped a disc or got the ax at work or had the flu or whatever else youre blaming for not being the best you can be.

They just blink and look at the next guy.

You either live with this or you move on and take up darts.

I got this in my locker and I read it FOR EFFECT....

This is Julian Cisterna. I just watched him compete in the Sierra Vista Copper Classic last weekend.
One of Tyler Mayers clients. Julian ended up taking the overall, as did Dawn Bamford (dispit being sick for the full week leading up to the show). Both Tyler Mayers clients. Way to go Team TNT:

Julian Cisterna has an incredible physique. Very balanced, well rounded and aesthetic. Mirin hard!
