Always such an inspiration, he owns one of the biggest gyms in my state and locks up early every friday night to help me with my posing. He's 62 in this photo!



PJ Lee (current INBA Teenage Mr Australia) - this dude is 19 and has one of the best physiques I've ever seen. When I stepped on stage against him last year, I literally nearly shat myself.

lol this x1000. i get sh*t for this from friends/girlfriend all the time. they don't understand that it's usually not a "damn i look so good" flexing but rather like "alright my triceps look pretty flat in this mirror, i need to hit the long head harder" and more constructive criticism on yourself and whatnot, at least for me how that's how it is. whenever someone says stop flexing in the mirror i have to correct them and say, it's not flexing it's posing! lol
