well my neck is usually the same as my arms measurement wise when you lean out. when i had 14in arms my neck was around 14. now with 16in arms my neck is about 16 maybe 15.5 would have to check. heres my traps as posted earlier. i would say they need some work but there is development there.

well my neck is usually the same as my arms measurement wise when you lean out. when i had 14in arms my neck was around 14. now with 16in arms my neck is about 16 maybe 15.5 would have to check. heres my traps as posted earlier. i would say they need some work but there is development there.

I have 16in arms synthol u freakin serious? My arms are good size not big at all. Im not someone who lies about what they lift or their weight or someone who walks around saying there big cuz im not. In terms of an average person i may be pretty big but as a bodybuilder hell no. NOT yet

my legs are a weakpoint and need to be brought up. I didn`t seriously get into full on bodybuilding up until around 5months ago. but my legs are ok. the is one of the last pics ill post. i tell it like it is. if i know im good in an area ill say, if i know im lacking somewhere im not too chicken or shy to admit it. this is what my quads look like FOR NOW

You have no idea man. I cant speak for twenty47 but his stats like mine say 6'. Do you know how much weight it takes to properly fill out a frame like that. The IFBB freaks at 250 260 on stage are like 5'8.

We HAVE to put on that weight just to look like we lift weights. Personally, I think 245 250 on stage for me long term would be an aesthetic look.

Look up Dennis Newman.
