My calories right now is 2176 for cutting, but it seems that every day after around 5 o'clock I just binge on tons of crap and can't stop myself. I also work at dunkin donuts and just 1 donut is 310 calories so it's hard to fit it into my macros which in turn just leads me to overeat. I feel like some days I definetly eat 3000...any tips on how to control this more?

Well, i'm very lean and defined, but of course I don't look very muscular with a shirt on due to my weight. Also, I don't have a gym accessible so I do all my workouts at home with dumb bells and body weight. How many cals do I need to be eating then, I really don't want to be big, just defined. I used the 31-37 cals/k and it came out to about 2660 at maintenance. Does that sound right?

OP:
Think of it this way. The satisfaction of eating that donut lasts maybe 15-20 seconds. The satisfaction of having the body you want will last alot longer, maybe even years if you are dedicated.
I for one would rather have the body than that donut. This is of course assuming that you are eating over maintenance when you don't want to.
Or, make the donuts fit into your macros.
