When schools in I don't eat breakfast.
Now that schools out, I make various things. Pancakes, sausage, bacon, eggs, etc.Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=159714881&p=1213186101

Six egg whites two whole eggs loaded with cheese so it is stringy when you take a bite
Two servings oatmeal loaded with whole milk
A couple bananasEach evening I go to bed with doubt by my side and each morning I wake with doubt to greet me. It ain’t easy to live with that sh*t, but it is a part of the uncommon life. There are no promises or guarantees, only an untold future with no regard for your desire for comfort or security.

Had this today, 1400 calories of goodness
You will never be satisfied with your results. Years and years of constant dedication will give you the body you imagined yourself with when you started lifting. Your body is a badge of honor, that tells the world of the dedication, and time you have put into it and your body is your reward. There is no quick fix solution, only years lifting and training.
