    Bodybuilder Breakfasts

    I just started bodybuilding and I don't know what to eat for breakfast. Could you guys please post what you all eat for breakfast and what you would recommend for a beginner like me. Thank you.

    Oatmeal.. egg sandwich with cheese 'n ham/bacon... granola bars.. oranges or apples... Milkkkkkkkkk.. thats usually my breakfast.. but i switch off 'nola bars with fruit and fruit with 'nola bars every other day.

    I usually do oatmeal or 4eggs with ham and cheese. For some reason eggs make me feel really sick in the gym, see what works for you.

    Eggs truely are an amazing source of protein in the morning. Also any sort of meat you can throw in, IE Bacon or sausage like stated before. Protein shake or fruit smoothie. Don't eat a steak for breakfast unless you want to feel like crap. That's how real food makes me feel early on anywho.

    but really i have 8 egg whites (egg white gallons on this website), 3 whole eggs, 2 slices of american cheese 80g of oatmeal and if i feel like cooking it the little breakfast sausages or bacon

    Have brunch instead, try a pound of lean ground beef + 2 eggs than top it with some cheese. That is around 1500 calories and well over 100g of protein

    I highly doubt that.

    You will never be satisfied with your results. Years and years of constant dedication will give you the body you imagined yourself with when you started lifting. Your body is a badge of honor, that tells the world of the dedication, and time you have put into it and your body is your reward. There is no quick fix solution, only years lifting and training.
