brb about to collapse legs on fire so bad
i been running now i dunno for like 2 months..for boxing..been boxing a year now...and i must say running is fukin awesome..i can keep a good ass pace without breaking now..my legs dont go on fire..i can run up huge hills...and its fukin enjoyable...feels so fukin in shape man.

i dunno at first i started in this trail in the woods
when i first started i had to break ALOT
that trail takes like 20-25 min to get through
but i quit that **** and now i run on the road in my town..i know my exact route around town and it takes 40-45 minutes..i start out at a medium pace..a little quicker then a "jog" but at the end i go up like 8 hills to get to my house..there fukin huge.....Originally Posted by deadlift01

i've been running for about 3 weeks. My only problem now is i don't think i eat enough calories, since my lifts have seemed to drop dramatically for the past 3 weeks... It's not just cuz of the jogging it's because i started some general hard labor type work and on top of running i know im burning a ****load of calories, brb benchpress was at 225x8 a month ago and now it's at 205x7 today.... O well, im more worried about getting my aerobic fitness up since I'm leaving for army in October anyways. Would rather be able to run a marathon by October and max at 200lb bench then not be able to run 2 miles and bench 315 lol

i run 3-4 days a week
anymore then that is just too much
i lift 5 days
and i box 3-4 days
and i ride the cardio bike
with all this cardio and boxing..i have lost 0 muscle mass..i think i have actually gotten bigger..people keep asking if im on roids and **** like that..im like dude..im not even a fukin bodybuilder..lulzOriginally Posted by deadlift01

Ran cross country all throughout highschool, hardest thing to get into. Once you start doing it though, so addicting! Plus it feelsgoodman to get a 10:40 2 mile for the APFT.

dude the first week my shins were sooooo fuked u have no idea
the second week it gets better
then from there on out you should be good
your body adapts fairly quick
atleast mine did
i can run forever now without stopping....
