Yeah man. You gotta go until it hurts and then go some more. Go Again before you go to bed and then go 1st thing in the morning. The best workout is the one that never ends. Eventually your body will adapt and start rebuilding in between sets. Then you'll get super jacked. Just make sure you get lots of sugar for energy during workouts
