Just a quick question about doing cardio after my weight training.
Is there any benefit of doing just 20 minutes of cardio after lifting weights? I'm sure i've read something about fat burning beginning after 20 minutes of cardio or am I already in the fat burning mode since I've been lifting weights before hand?
Sometimes I only have about 20 minutes to spare after doing weights so I try to get some cardio in but i'm not sure if it actually gets me anywhere?
