    I've cut 15 pounds in 8 hours. EZ.

I'd be willing to say that 95% of people on this forum accomplish nothing in years, don't be one of those people. It's sad,they seem to have the knowledge many don't but can't utilize it.

    37.5 pounds in 2 weeks.

    But allot of that was water, it's best to lose 1-2 pounds a week after the initial few crazy weeks.
    -80 kgs in 15 months.
    -100 kgs goal (75kgs bodyweight)

    Abs on a skinny guy is like a fatgirl with big tits, it doesn't count.

    I'm losing 2.5 - 2.75 lbs a week right now. However, I'm working on a marathon like philosophy, rather than a sprinting philosophy. I have 88 more days til I see my wife, so that's time to lose another 35 lbs.

    Seriously though, I weigh twice a week. Monday is my official day, and Friday I weigh just to keep myself relatively sane on my "off" day (Thursday). I don't care how much I lose, as long as the weight is lower than the previous week.

    Normally I try to lose 1-2 lbs per week but after a nice eating weekend and locking the diet down during the week I can have a weight shift of 14 lbs.
    Used to be fat, now just fat with a lot of muscle.

    When I was on a very intense diet last year I think it averaged out to 5 pounds a week over a 6 month period or so.
    The first week I lost 17.5 pounds (altho most of it was water) and about 2-3 months into the diet on a good week I lost 7 pounds.

    But yeah, 5 as an estimate per week. Keep in mind my starting weight was 360 pounds.

    From 170 pounds to 153 pounds in 6 days.

    Breakfast: 2 brown toast PB&J.. Apple Juice
    300CAL CARDIO SWIMMING
    Lunch: 600KCAL boiled food
    400-500CAL CARDIO, 200-300 high intensity training
    6 boiled eggs

    Expect: dizziness, insomnia, tiredness all the time, unability to move your head or fingers at late night (after dinner), headache, trouble doing ANYTHING, the only 'small' energy you feel is at morning (when you wake up after ur meal)

    My comment: never try this, worst feeling EVER

    If you do it for a week, I promise the next weeks if you higher calories by 300-400 your body will be at the best condition & feeling (although your still cutting for over 40%)
