damn, big difference... just be appearance from your bodyspace photo. i would say 8ish % ? its always had to tell though cause lighting on the body can be awesome in one room and make someone appear less % then other room will have terrible lighting and make all the definition look non-existent. best thing you can do is buy a myotape and accumeasure caliper and have a buddy help you out. if you want to have a spread sheet to input data in private messege me and i will give you a link to it. i know your pain about what other people think of your bodyfat. im really pale so my definition washes out in bright light really easily and i look like a chubster.
